Residential window cleaning
We clean customers windows using the latest in window cleaning technology, the pure water fed pole systems. Used correctly these systems leave your windows near faultless. Hard to reach windows (i.e.windows above conservatories and 3rd level windows) are cleaned without any problem using carbon fibre extendable poles. We also offer the traditional methods of window cleaning if customers so wish, or if needs must i.e internal cleans. Your window sills, frames, external doors and all surrounding UPVC are always cleaned as standard and at no extra cost.
Another vital ingredient in our residential cleaning service is our text alert. This has proven to be very successful with our existing customers. Once you have successfully added your phone to our automated service, the night before we are due to come and clean your windows, you will receive a text message from us notifying you of our visit so that we do not turn up unannounced.
Once we have cleaned your windows we will post you an invoice with envelope for you to either send us a cheque in the post for the outstanding money, or you can use a variety of other methods including paying by credit card, or Pay Pal using the link provided on our website, or bank transfer (our preferred method) or cash can be left/paid on the day as pre-arranged, it really is up to you.
Commercial window cleaning
At Keen ‘n’ clean we also have several larger properties in our portfolio including pubs, restaurants, shops and a property management company, and we pride ourselves on servicing such alike. We have received excellent feedback from these customers and are happy to provide a similar service to most types of commercial properties.
Conservatory roof cleans
As more and more properties over the years have added conservatories we have found the roof cleans to be very popular and the results of a clean even more so. Algae build up and tree sap, as well as weathering are all common and seem to adhere themselves to the conservatory roof. We offer cleans for many of our existing customers at intervals suited to them and also as one offs for people just wanting the conservatory roof cleaned.
Soffits and fascia boards
Using our pure water fed pole system we can clean your UPVC fascia boards and soffits. This can greatly improve the external appearance of your property at very little cost and can easily last for many years, so it's well worth having them cleaned.
Fascia and soffit boards will accumulate dirty and grime or algae and mould if left unattended too long. The longer it is left the harder it will be to clean, so it's advisable to have them cleaned whenever they start to appear dirty again. Usually this can happen after maybe two to three years or more, depending on location and environment.
